Where do you ship?

At the moment, we ship everywhere in Tunisia. Wherever you are, we’ll come to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If your item is in stock, we’ll ship it within 24 to 72 hours. If it's not available right now, you can join the waiting list, and we’ll let you know the moment it’s back.

Who delivers my order?

We use First Delivery, so your parcel will be in good hands.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 8 dinars, or free if your order is over 350 dinars.

How do I pay?

Super simple—you pay when your order is delivered. No upfront payment needed.

Can I return an item?

Yes, of course. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The return fee is 7 dinars, which covers the shipping back to us.

Can I exchange something?

Yes! Exchanges are possible once per item, depending onavailability. Just let us know what you need.

Are sale items eligible for return?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on items purchased on sale.

How does the return process work?

We ask that the item is:
– In its original packaging
– In the same condition as when you received it
Once we receive it and make sure everything is in perfect condition,we’ll move forward with your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days to complete the process.

Who pays the return shipping?

If the item simply didn’t work for you, the return fee is 8 dinars. If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we’ll cover the cost—noworries

How will I get my refund?

Refunds are made via bank transfer, so we’ll just need your RIB (bank account details) to complete it.
